Each sourdough begins with a starter -- a fermented bit of dough that multiplies countless times with every batch. Our starter, Bethany, was created in 2013 and has spawned thousands of perfect loaves!

Each of our sourdough treats has a little bit of Bethany in it, meaning with every bite you're eating a bit of history.
